How long will it take me to receive my order?
We ship the orders FedEx Ground 3-5 days after we receive them.

Are your products safe for all ages?
A vast majority of our products are rated safe for ages 3+. If you have a question about the age for a specific item, you can call us and we will let you know.

What should I do if there is something I need but cannot find on your website?
If there is a product you are having a hard time finding, you can always call us or email us and we will either try to help you find it or extend our line to carry that product in the future.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders.

Do you accept tax exemption forms?
If you work at a school or non-profit that has tax exemption forms, just fax us a copy of your form and we will process the order.
