Our Return Policy

We truly want every customer to be satisfied with their Toys for
Treatment purchase. Customers not satisfied with the quality of any product, at the time of delivery, may return the item. All products must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Any item received in a damaged condition, due to shipping, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure adjustment and replacement. Items damaged by play use are not subject to replacement unless caused by a manufacturer's defect. It should be noted that some items used in play therapy can be consumed in a short period of time, or damaged by play, and are not covered by this replacement policy.
